You can make a reservation directly through the booking calendar on our website. Once the reservation is confirmed and payment has been made, you will receive more detailed information about picking up the car and instructions related to the rental.
A valid B-category driving license is sufficient to drive a campervan. The driver must have at least one year of driving experience and be of the minimum age specified in the rental terms.
The campervan will be picked up and returned in Oulu. More detailed information will be provided before the rental begins.
Yes. Travel within the Nordic countries is permitted. If you are planning a trip outside the Nordic countries, please contact us before booking.
Small, well-behaved and calm pets are allowed by prior arrangement only. The pet owner is responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by the pet.
No. Smoking in the car is strictly prohibited.
The car is fully insured for the duration of the rental. In the event of damage covered by the insurance, the renter's liability is determined in accordance with the valid insurance and rental terms and conditions .
Yes. The liability portion for collision and collision damage can be reduced by purchasing a liability portion reduction as an additional service. The additional service does not apply to glass damage.

If you have not purchased a final cleaning service, the car must be returned in a normal, clean condition. More detailed instructions can be found on the Instructions-page.
The final cleaning service covers the usual cleaning resulting from normal use of the car. The service does not cover exceptional soiling, upholstery cleaning, heavy stains or other cleaning needs that deviate from normal use.
Normally yes. If you have purchased the final cleaning service as an additional service, the toilet cassette and grey water tank do not need to be emptied before return.
